The grapes are crushed and completely pulled out from the stalks. Fermentation with strong maceration and controlled temperature.
Dark red fruits on the nose. Dry, balanced tannins on the palate. Quick finish leaves room for another sip.
Serve at a temperature of 16° to 18° C with red meats and soft cheeses.
