Quinta da Ribeirinha
This elegant rosé sparkling wine was produced by the traditional method. The base was a wine made by temperature control. Inoculated with selected yeast for the achievement of sparkling wine, after the bottling it fermented in a cold chamber for 3 months. Then, it stayed in the cellar for at least 12 months, until the degorgement.
With an exuberant pink color, displays notes of mint and raspberry. The palate is clean and persistent with a delicate creamy mouthfeel. It is refreshing and lively.
