Vineyard located in Navarrete, in Moncalvillo region, in the meadow area, at about 500 meters above sea level, on an east facing slope, shallow clay loam soil.

Tasting

Color: light golden yellow, medium intensity.

Aroma: nuts, caramel, white flowers.

Taste: smooth, elegant, well balanced and lingering finish.

Temperature to be served between 8 and 10 ºC.

Ideal with rice, creamy sauces, all types of fishes and seafood.
